Silver Pines Downtown Guide

Game data checked October 8, 2026 · Build 25806663

Downtown is the middle of Silver Pines. The ferry from the Outskirts lands at its docks, and from its streets you reach almost every other part of town, including the Cable Car Station that leads up the mountain. This page also covers the two areas tied to it: the Sewers underneath and Town Square, with Statue Park and the Town Hall.

Silver Pines Downtown: the town's hub

Code numbers are on the Silver Pines puzzle solutions page. For the order of play across the whole game, see the Silver Pines walkthrough; everything else starts at the Silver Pines guide hub.

  • Projector Room Key: it has no pickup spot in the game files; players buy it from the vending machine in the Movie Theater. It opens the way up to the projection booth.
  • Riverside Bridge Key: in the Cable Car Station. It opens the gate on Market Street that leads to Riverside.
  • Cable car bells: there are five, lettered A, B, D, E and F. Bell E is in the Sewers and bell F is in Statue Park; the other three are elsewhere in town.

Walkthroughs use the first on a lockbox and the other two in the Town Hall and Statue Park, as described below. The Bowling Car Key also opens no map door; its description points to a car trunk.

Downtown docks and the ferry

The ferry from the Outskirts lands at the Ferry Dock. Walkthroughs pick up the Downtown map from a bus stop board just inland from the landing, and report a wind chime near the landing that drops a Memento Vessel Shard when you knock it down.

Ticket Booth

The Ferry Note document, an Electrical Fuse (20A) and two containers. Walkthroughs report boards across the inner doorway that need the Crowbar.

Docks

.38 Bullets and two containers. One of the Sewers' entrances is here.

Dock workshop

The Boat Engine, Magnetic Slugs and one container. The game describes the engine as an outboard motor for a small boat. Walkthroughs report a tape in the workshop saying the missing part is at the Miner Diner, and the game's own Gear Box is "a replacement Gearbox for a Boat Engine", found in the shed at the diner (Outskirts places and items).

The Ship

On deck: .38 Bullets and the Ship Control Panel Fixed document. Inside: the Worn Silver Buckle memento, a First Aid Kit and two containers. Walkthroughs open a hatch from the control panel using the Ship Manual Page, a document the game files assign to Downtown without a map spot, and describe a boss fight inside the Ship before the buckle.

West bridge

A Soda, the End-Of-Summer Swim Notice document and two containers. This is the road toward Church Hill.

The Ferry Dock and the Ferry Car Park hold no items.

Loomis Street and the Friendly Paws Clinic

Loomis Street runs from the docks past the Clinic. Players meet a man on the bridge here who points them north toward the Cable Car Station.

Clinic

The Red Bird Statuette, a Tonic (Healing), a Syringe, the Cat Collar memento, the Friendly Paws, List document and one container. Walkthroughs report the statuette on a cart that rolls toward you, and someone locked in a cell further in. The Pet Clinic Key, found outside, opens a staff door inside.

Clinic basement

The files list the Cat Collar here as well as upstairs. The cat cage is a combination lock; the code is on the puzzle solutions page.

Outside the Clinic

The Pet Clinic Key, .38 Bullets, Spare Parts and one container. A sewer entrance and a way down to the Riverside shore start here.

Silver Gazette

Inside: the Newspaper: Actors killed in Stunt Disaster and one container. Outside: the Newspaper: Storm of the Century? and two containers. Behind the building: the Faceless Coin memento. The Gazette also connects to the sewer under Statue Park.

Market Street and the Quiet Hour Cafe

The Quiet Hour Cafe

The North Star shotgun, 12ga Slug shells and a Star. Walkthroughs report a coffee machine that raises your maximum stamina, a phone to save on and a storage box. The North Star and the slugs sit in the cafe in the game files; players report that the man at the counter hands them over later in the story.

The bird cage in the cafe has three slots: red, yellow and silver. Put in the three bird statuettes and it opens, giving the Smooth Stone with a hole memento, according to walkthroughs and launch-day videos. The statuettes are:

  • Red Bird Statuette: in the Clinic on Loomis Street.
  • Yellow Bird Statuette: on the counter at the Movie Theater entrance.
  • Silver Bird Statuette: in a bird's nest by the caravan, up a padlocked ladder that players shoot down.

The cafe's back room

The Mended Tooth memento, the Double Action Mechanism and two containers. Walkthroughs report the Double Action Mechanism, a revolver upgrade, inside a lockbox here that the Quiet Hour Key opens; the in-game map leaves it unmarked. The back room's side door, unlocked from inside, is a shortcut to the backlot.

Market Street

One container, two sewer entrances and the gate to Riverside, which the Riverside Bridge Key opens.

Market Street alley

Four Bottles, Spare Parts, Duct Tape and one container. The alley also leads toward the Town Hall and to the Riverside Crossroads.

Market Street backlot

The Baseball Bat, .38 Bullets and Spare Parts, behind a side door with a card-suit lock. Players read the order from four card suits arranged in the Sport Smart shop window; the order is on the puzzle solutions page.

Sport Smart

The Double Barrel Shotgun, .38 Bullets, 12ga Buckshot and one container. On the stairs: a Pipe Bomb, the Attachable Laser Sight and one container. Players report that the back entrance is too dark without the Flashlight, that the ammo cage takes a keypad code read from a framed jersey upstairs, and that an upstairs door is missing a diamond-shaped crank. The game describes the Crank Handle as having a diamond-shaped end.

Weapon descriptions and ammo for everything above are on the Silver Pines weapons list.

Silver Pines Movie Theater and the Projector Room Key

Movie Theater entrance

The Yellow Bird Statuette is on the counter, and a Soda is at the front. The Projector Room Key has no pickup spot in the game files: players buy it from the vending machine in the lobby. A developer said in July 2026 that vending machines are not endless, so buy what you need while it is there.

Projection booth

Upstairs behind the locked door: the Nailgun, two packs of Nails and 12ga Buckshot.

Movie Theater

One container. Walkthroughs report that the door left of the vending machine leads into a room too dark to cross until you have the Flashlight, and that past it a back exit leads out toward Union Apartments, with a door you can unlock as a shortcut.

Silver Pines Cable Car Station and the five bells

The Cable Car Station is the main goal in Downtown. Players report the road to it blocked by a burning car at first, with a detour down a ladder, across the water and through a tunnel that comes back up near Silver Road.

Silver Road

Two Extended Magazine Tubes and two containers. Walkthroughs report a phone booth next to the station.

Outside the station

The Quiet Hour Key and two containers. Walkthroughs place the key in a bag past the railing.

Cable Car Station

The Broken Plaque, the Riverside Bridge Key, a Rifle Scope, .38 Bullets and one container.

How the bells work, as walkthroughs and launch-day videos report:

  1. The bell board upstairs is missing part of its plaque. Fit the Broken Plaque from the bench downstairs.
  2. Take the Riverside Bridge Key hanging on the board.
  3. The man at the ticket counter says the cable car will not run without its bells. A marked map at the counter shows where they are.
  4. Find all five, put them back on the board and ring them in the order shown on the plaque. The cable car then runs up to Mount Siah Kopa.

The game files hold five bells, each "Bronze bell inscribed with the letter" A, B, D, E or F; bells C and G already hang on the board. On this page's ground, bell E is in the Market Street sewer (see the Sewers) and bell F is in Statue Park (see Town Square). Walkthroughs collect the first one at the Sheriff's Office in Riverside, and the other two in Union Apartments and Church Hill. A Memento Vessel Shard also hangs in a wind chime on the station's balcony, players report.

The caravan

Inside: a Hip Bag, the Shovel and Spare Parts. Outside: the Silver Bird Statuette, up the padlocked ladder. Players meet a man digging a hole here.

Liquor store cellar

The Compact Weapon Kit, the Conmag issue 1 document, two .38 Bullets, a 9mm Cartridge, two Bottles and one container. It has a way down into the Sewers.

Apartment Street

Two containers. It leads up to the roof of Union Apartments and down into the Sewers.

The Rabbit Hole bar in Downtown

Walkthroughs reach the Rabbit Hole down a boarded-up stairway off an alley; break the boards and go down.

The bar

A Star and .38 Bullets. The Star is "made to fit into a jewelry box design", and the Locked Ring Box you find in the Outskirts has star pieces missing from its lid. The Quiet Hour Cafe holds another Star.

Backstage

The Torn Polaroid and one container. Walkthroughs report a phone here and that this half of the photo combines with the other half from earlier into the Repaired Polaroid memento.

Bathroom

12ga Buckshot and one container.

The stage

No items. Players report two ring-shaped indents on the wall behind the curtain that the game asks you to come back to much later.

Silver Pines Sewers under Downtown

The Sewers are a basement-level area of 12 rooms under Downtown. Entrances open from Apartment Street, the Clinic basement, outside the Clinic, the Docks, Market Street, Market Street alley, the Silver Gazette, the liquor store cellar and outside the Cable Car Station, as well as from Riverside and Statue Park. Players report that most of them are blocked from the far side at first and that you need the Crowbar to get in.

Getting through, as one walkthrough reports:

  1. Get the map. The Sewers map is just inside the sewer door at the Docks.
  2. Fix the sluice gate by the Docks. It needs the Heavy Mechanical Cog, which is in the Clinic sewer (reached through the manhole outside the Clinic), and a crank to turn it. The game describes the cog as "Heavy brass cog used to operate machinery."
  3. Take the Sewer Key in the Loomis Street sewer. Players report an ambush when you pick it up. The key opens the door to the passage under Statue Park, which connects to the Silver Gazette and Statue Park.
  4. Open flow-control valves A, B and C. A control panel in the Sewer Control Station shows their status.
  5. Beat the boss behind the keypad door in the Market Street alley sewer. The code is on a clipboard elsewhere in the Sewers and on the puzzle solutions page.
  6. Burst the hatch. With all three valves open, turn the pressure past its maximum. The Safety Notice in the Market Street sewer warns that too much pressure can rupture the hatch. Bell E is inside.

Market Street sewer

Cable Station Bell (E), the .44 Magnum, the Safety Notice document and one container.

Loomis Street sewer

The Sewer Key, Spare Parts, .38 Bullets and a 9mm Cartridge.

Clinic sewer

The Heavy Mechanical Cog, a Bottle, .38 Bullets and two containers.

Sewer below Statue Park

The Weeping Mask, Spare Parts, .38 Bullets and four containers.

Apartment Street sewer

The Rusted Spur memento, the Diary Page document, two .38 Bullets and two containers.

Market Street alley sewer

Duct Tape, a First Aid Kit and two containers, by the keypad door.

Sewer Control Station

A Battery, a Bottle and two containers.

Riverside sewer tunnel

A Repair Kit and one container.

Other passages

One on the Riverside side holds the Driftwood Stake memento; another holds the Clipboard document and three containers.

Silver Pines Town Square: Statue Park and the Town Hall

Town Square is Statue Park and the Town Hall. From Downtown you reach it from Loomis Street into Statue Park, from High Street alley and Market Street alley to the front of the Town Hall, and through the West waterway tunnel into the Town Hall's basement.

Bell F and the three masks

Cable Station Bell (F) is in Statue Park. One walkthrough reports it held by the middle of three defaced statues, which need three masks before they let go:

  • Blissful Mask: in the Assembly Hall, on its balcony.
  • Weeping Mask: in the sewer under Statue Park. Walkthroughs reach it through a manhole in the park, opened with the Manhole Cover Key from the Operations Office.
  • Malformed Mask: you make it. The Unmixed Clay on the Town Hall's third floor "requires mixing before use"; walkthroughs pour it into the concrete mixer in the park for the Clay mixture, combine that with the Empty Mold from the Gallery into a Filled Ceramic Mold, put it in the Town Hall furnace and take the mask out with the Fireplace Tongs.

Which mask goes on which statue is a puzzle answer this page leaves out; the puzzle solutions page does not list the mask order yet.

Inside the Town Hall, as one walkthrough reports

The Town Hall Office Key hangs on a jacket in the basement corridor and opens the gated stairs to the third-floor office. A map of the Town Hall is pinned up inside. On the way back down with the last mask, a boss fight starts in the main hall. Outside, a giant clock has a panel with a diamond-shaped slot, the same shape as the Crank Handle's end.

Statue Park

Cable Station Bell (F).

Outside the Town Hall and the garden

Duct Tape, Spare Parts and one container out front; the Clay mixture and three containers in the garden.

Town Hall (Mayor's Office)

The Fireplace Tongs. Walkthroughs report a phone to save on and a Memento Vessel Shard in a wind chime through the fireplace.

Toilet

A First Aid Kit, 12ga Buckshot, a Bottle and one container.

Assembly Hall (balcony)

The Blissful Mask and one container.

Class Room and the second floor

A Flatleaf Herb and one container in the Class Room; the Pinned Note document and one container in the corridor.

Third floor

The Unmixed Clay and the Cracked Wrist Watch memento in the corridor. In the Operations Office: the Manhole Cover Key, the Townhall Note document, a Battery and a keypad locker; its code is on the puzzle solutions page.

Gallery and the basement corridor

The Empty Mold, the 30 Days Sober Chip memento, Gasoline and a Bottle in the Gallery; the Town Hall Office Key, Nails and one container in the corridor.

On the Downtown side

High Street alley holds .38 Bullets and one container; the High Street alley tunnel holds the Bowling Car Key, 12ga Buckshot and two containers; the West waterway tunnel holds a Hip Bag and .38 Bullets.

Where Downtown leads

A developer said in June 2026 that once you are past the Outskirts you are free to explore the whole town, and that the full game is packed with shortcuts and secret paths. In Downtown that means many doors open only from the far side at first; players see "The door is opened from the other side" until they come round.

  • Outskirts: by ferry from the Ferry Dock. See the Outskirts guide.
  • Riverside: through the Market Street gate with the Riverside Bridge Key, and from the shore below the Clinic. The Sheriff's Office is reached through Riverside. See the Riverside guide.
  • Union Apartments: up from Apartment Street to the roof, and past the Movie Theater's back exit. See the Union Apartments guide.
  • Church Hill: over the west bridge. Walkthroughs reach it by swimming from the docks past the workshop and lowering the drawbridge from the far side. See the Church Hill guide.
  • Mount Siah Kopa: by cable car, once all five bells are back. See the Mount Siah Kopa guide.
  • The Sewers and Town Square: covered above on this page.

Three tools come up again and again in Downtown, and none of them is found there. The Crowbar, which "can be used to break wooden objects", is in the Sheriff's Office. The Flashlight is in Riverside. The Crank Handle, with its diamond-shaped end, is in Church Hill.

Version notes and limits

This page is read from the release game files, build 25806663. The walkthroughs it reports from were written on a pre-release review build; where they name something differently from the game files, this page uses the game's names. The Sewers and Town Hall steps each come from one walkthrough, so expect small differences in your own game.

Puzzle answers that are not codes, such as the order for ringing the bells, the sluice-gate cogs and the Ship's control panel, belong to the puzzle solutions page; this page only says where their clues are. Bells A, B and D are found outside the areas on this page.

Silver Pines Downtown FAQ
