What is the shotgun code in Silver Pines?
The weapon locker in the Gift Shop at the Crimson Bear Motel opens with 6671. The demo had the same locker; the Silver Pines demo page covers the demo.
Silver Pines has two kinds of code locks: some use the same code in every game, and many use a number generated for your save. This page lists every code lock by area, with the code or the document that shows yours, read from the game files.
Fixed codes are the same in every save. For a code that changes in every save, read the document named in the table in your own game: a number from a video or a forum post belongs to someone else's save. The codes players look up most:

| Codes that change in every save | 1 lock; its number is shown in a document in your save. Evidence: The game files pair the lock with that document; checked October 8, 2026. |
| Demo codes | On the Silver Pines demo page; use this page for the full game. Evidence: The demo page covers the Demo build only. |
Every row on this page comes from the game files.
Puzzles solved without a code are covered separately below.
Many locks in Silver Pines use a number the game generates for your save. A developer said on August 11, 2026 that the team randomizes codes wherever it can, so not every code is random, but many are. The game files pair each of these locks with the document that shows its number.
| Lock | Area | Read this document |
|---|---|---|
| Motel entrance gate, card reader | Outskirts | Motel Guest Ledger |
Read the document in your own game and enter the number it shows. If you start a new save, read it again, because the number changes with the save.
Locations use the names on the game's map. The clue column says where the code comes from in the game, when the game files or players show it; a dash means the code is in the table only.

Some puzzles in Silver Pines are solved by doing something rather than entering a number, such as fitting parts or restoring power. This page lists the code locks first; solutions for those puzzles are added as they are checked, each with its date and where it comes from.
This page is read from the game files, build 25806663, on October 8, 2026. Codes, lock locations and which codes change in every save come from those files; how a clue reaches you comes from player reports where the table says so.
A patch can change codes. This page is checked again after each patch, and the build number above tells you which version the table describes.
The weapon locker in the Gift Shop at the Crimson Bear Motel opens with 6671. The demo had the same locker; the Silver Pines demo page covers the demo.
There is no single code. The gate's number is different in every save and is shown in the Motel Guest Ledger in your game.
The General Store keypad door opens with 2311. The store also holds a document titled General Store Code.
Not all of them. 1 of the 21 code locks on this page uses a number generated for each save; the rest are fixed. A developer said on August 11, 2026 that many codes are randomized.
Because many codes are different in every save, a video shows the number from the creator's save. Read the document named in the table in your own game. Demo codes are on the Silver Pines demo page and may not match the full game.
No. Some clues come from phone calls, but the number you dial is not the code for a lock.
