What order do Loftia quests go in?
A Fresh Start, Meet Hazel, The First Sprout, then Permission to Glide and City Tour, Meet Ryder, Adventure Awaits!, Meet Cliff by the Dome, Certified Flying Loftian and Meet Cliff at the Airtram Station.
Loftia quests in the demo follow the Loftia City story from A Fresh Start to Certified Flying Loftian, with 18 side quests around it. Most players who get stuck hit one of these five spots:

"Meet" quests are short hand-offs that point you to the next character.
A Fresh Start (Pebble). Meet Milo at his workshop, then collect 5 Screws and 5 Plastic Discards. Catch up with Milo, then collect 5 Clay and 5 Scrap Wire. Tell Milo the news and check in with Pebble. Take the hot air balloon to the neighborhood island and meet Pebble there. Place a Project Station anywhere on your island and a bed inside your house, craft a Hammer, then clean up the island by foraging 10 times and show Pebble.
Meet Hazel. Check in with Hazel to learn about farming.
The First Sprout (Hazel). The farming quest, and the one with the most steps:
Permission to Glide (Cliff). Talk to Milo and collect 5 each of Metal Scraps, Scrap Wood, Plant Fiber and Tires. Craft a Refining Station, place it on your island, and process one each of Metal Plate, Plank, Straw and Rubber. Tell Milo it's done.
City Tour (Pebble). Talk to Pebble for a tour of Loftia City. If the tour was interrupted or you disconnected, talk to Pebble again to pick it up.
Meet Ryder. Meet Ryder at the Adventure Dock.
Adventure Awaits! (Ryder). Find 3 Scrambled Coordinates by salvaging resources in the city, show them to Ryder, play an adventure through to the end and report back with the island data. The reward is 15 Scrambled Coordinates. Our guide to getting Scrambled Coordinates covers where they drop.
Meet Cliff by the Dome. Meet Cliff by the Dome.
Certified Flying Loftian (Cliff). Craft a Glider and show Cliff. He then asks you to meet him at the Airtram Station, which is where the demo's story stops.
Loftia City has 18 side quests in the demo. Most open as you move through the story; several come in short chains from the same character.

| It's On the House | Milo | Near the end of the Loftia City story | Choose a House Improvement from Milo's shop and use the Architect Station to customize your house |
| The Real Treasure | Cella | Near the end of the Loftia City story | Find 3 Regular Keys and open a chest; you get a Golden Key and can then buy keys and scrap bits at Cella's Key Shop |
Changing the outside of your house comes from It's On the House: Milo gives you your first house upgrade free, and the Architect Station on your island lets you customize the house. A developer confirmed during the demo that this is the quest to look for.
The three Pebblethon quests each need another player nearby.
Your Daily Do-Good comes from Amani once you have finished both Ready for the Rumble and Adventure Awaits!. Its steps:
The reward is the There You Go emote and 10 Sols.
Where the Project Bot is. During the demo, a developer pointed players to the Project Bot at Pebble's Birthday Party in the Dome. Talking to it also gives you a button to the project's reward track. In Early Access the World Project may be a different one; look for the Project Bot at the current project.
If the Project Bot step does not complete. A developer confirmed on October 21, 2026 that turning the quest in to the bot was bugged, and the second demo patch fixed the bot's quest completion. The first patch had already fixed the Daily Do-Good getting stuck once Pebble's Birthday Party was complete.
The Community Rewards step uses Sols, which you earn by contributing to World Projects; our Community Rewards section explains them.
Carrot seeds missing (The First Sprout). Seeds go into your Tool Wheel. Hold R, not tap, to open it, then pick the seeds; the game's own tip says to hold the key "to open the Tool Wheel and equip your seeds". The developers' stuck guide in the official Discord gives the same fix. By default you can also press the number keys 1 to 7 to switch tools, and choosing the hand empties your hands.
City Tour stopped. If the tour was interrupted or you disconnected, talk to Pebble to resume it. The second demo patch added this.
Ready for the Rumble not counting. The developers' known-issues list says the quest does not detect skills you levelled before it started, so you need to level three more.
Repeated dialogue or a quest that will not move after reconnecting. The second demo patch fixed saved quest steps that conflicted after reconnecting, mostly with Pebble. During the demo, the developers also rolled back quest progress by hand for a few players whose quests were duplicated or stuck. If that happens to you, email support@loftia.gg with your character name.
Stuck in the ground or in a corner. Open the menu and choose Teleport To Start. A patch during the demo also tried to fix players getting stuck in the ground when returning to Loftia City from an adventure.
A placed item will not respond. A developer suggested putting it back into your inventory in decorate mode and placing it again.
Cannot find Milo's workshop. A developer said it is in the bottom left of the Loftia City map, near where you did your first quests.
Adventure with friends. A developer's advice was to let one person start the adventure and have everyone else wait for the pop-up. More on groups is in our guide to playing Loftia with friends.
Not sure who to talk to. Follow the quest marker; it points to the character the next step needs.
The demo's story stops after Certified Flying Loftian, when Cliff asks you to meet him at the Airtram Station. The developers' announcements said the demo ends just before the Hanging Gardens, the next district, which opens with Early Access on November 3, 2026.
Your demo quest progress carries over, so you pick up the story from there; our Loftia demo section covers what carries over and the account linking it needs.
Two points are still open: whether the Early Access build changes any of these Loftia City steps or counts, and which World Project the Daily Do-Good uses in Early Access.
The Early Access build triggers a recheck of every step on this page after November 3, 2026. Changed steps are updated with the build they were checked against.
A Fresh Start, Meet Hazel, The First Sprout, then Permission to Glide and City Tour, Meet Ryder, Adventure Awaits!, Meet Cliff by the Dome, Certified Flying Loftian and Meet Cliff at the Airtram Station.
In your Tool Wheel. Hold R (do not tap it) to open the wheel and equip the seeds.
Talk to a Project Bot, donate to a World Project, check in with Amani, redeem an item from the Community Rewards, then report to Amani. It opens after Ready for the Rumble and Adventure Awaits!.
During the demo it was at Pebble's Birthday Party in the Dome. In Early Access, look for the Project Bot at the current World Project.
Skills you levelled before starting the quest do not count, according to the developers' known-issues list. Level three more skills.
Talk to Pebble again. The second demo patch made the tour resume after an interruption or a disconnect.
In the bottom left of the Loftia City map, according to a developer, near where you did your first quests.
Do Milo's side quest It's On the House, which opens near the end of the Loftia City story, then use the Architect Station on your island.
At the Airtram Station after Certified Flying Loftian. The Hanging Gardens come next, with Early Access.
Yes. Demo progress, including quests, carries over to Early Access, as long as your account was linked.
